Item listed was the wrong color. Website photo of the item was totally wrong. Customer Service promptly issued a refund. I suggested a new photo or disclaimer of the color advertised. They could not provide the item in the correct color.

I've had my eye on these boots for a long time! Finances forced me to wait, but I knew I would not be disappointed! I already have a pair of boots the same brand, but did not see them at your site when looking for the specific boot I had in mind (this was 7yrs. ago), and I can say both pair are amazingly comfortable! I'm 65yo with a bad back, and I have to say that these boots are SO comfortable for me. I wore this new pair for 10 hrs. the other day, and my back felt wonderful. They are made beautifully, too. I've already told many women who have complemented my boots where to shop, so hopefully you will have lots of new orders. I want to thank you for offering your goods at such an affordable price. Just because I'm old and on a fixed income doesn't mean I want to give up buying what I love, and I do LOVE these boots. I'll be back. Thanks.

I am a repeat customer an a satisfied customer. Products I've purchased from y'all have been products not easily found. I'm old school with my taste of clothes. I'm very confident with my appearance in attire purchased from y'all. Compliments come quite often, whether formal or casual setting. Ordered a coat and two vest which arrived in two shipments. I was interested in how these vest would go with the coat. Access to fabric swatches would have been helpful and saved some shipping cost when one of the vests was returned. Having the ability to magnify the fabric pattern online may have helped. John

It took four weeks until the mailed money order was processed; I am doubtful if it actually took t hat long for it to get there, but once the order was processed the shipping time was outstanding. Got it from the CHINA to Canada in under a week. The photo of the convertible riding skirt (tan) does not show an accurate color. It appears a lot more gray in the image than the actual color of the item, which is a nice tan.

Anyone looking for unique shopping items should shop the Historical Emporium. They have so many unique items. Their Customer Service is second to none. I would refer them to anyone.
