Flapped for function, our Black Brushed Cotton Regency Fall Front Trousers replicate the way things were centuries ago. This distinctive look first gained popularity during the French Revolution and then hung around until the mid 1800s.
This particular reproduction has been improved with the modern-day convenience of a hidden button fly as well as hidden suspender buttons (on the interior of waist band). An adjustable buckle belt at the back waist offers a custom fit. Unlined.
Made from 100-percent heavy brushed cotton that yields like soft, supple suede. Imported. Dry clean only. Available in sizes 28-48. Also offered in several colors.
Our fall front trousers are sized similar to modern trousers, and have a bit of stretch so are a bit forgiving. However, these trousers do sit higher on the body than modern trousers. Therefore, if you your belly is larger than your waist, use your belly measurement as your size. Otherwise, use your waist measurement.
Inseam
Our trousers come with a 36 inch inseam. If you need them shorter, you will need to have them tailored locally to your desired fit.

My head is between sizes, so I picked large, fit very good and with draw string I can always take it up a little.
Its easier to size down then to increase size with wool felt.
When I'm working an event its usually about 1875 to 1900's. I'm a blacksmith, tinsmith and leather craft er
depending on w hats needed I also make walking sticks to order.
I don't order that often but when I do I always look to you first. Thanks for great service. A quality item
doesn't mean much without service to back it up.

If I could give 7 or 8 stars for customer service I would! They were a great help with sizing and exchanges.
The outfit I bought was great lasting quality- things I'll keep and use for all kinds of costumes. My only tiny criticism was that they arrived very wrinkly and I had to do a lot of pressing before my costume party. No big deal, really.
