Quality is great nice thick leather workmanship is also great. I wear a 32 but ordered the 40 it was a little on the big side but still able to use it. If you are a 32/33 order the 38 it will fit very nicely. Overall I am very pleased with my .45 colt holster.

Nice belt, but I have had a trouble with fit this belt to my size. It is was probably my mistakes, but service center reacting on each my requests were quick. Finally I hope I'll receive the correct size of the belt.

Hello...let me begin by saying your gun belts and holsters are very well built, for the most part, could do a little better in the holed strap as it seems too thin and will not last very long.There seems to be issues with the sizes. I originally ordered a size 36 which once trying on, barely fit. Being a size 32 waist, I measured accordingly with a soft meassuring tape to conclude that the sugested size from your site should be 3 sizes larger. In one online feed back a gentleman said that he was a size 33/34, ordered a size 40 and it fit him well. I figured that was my waist size so i followed suit. Upon recieving the size 40, it was incredibly over sized. Then figuring, okay, i must be the Goldie Locks guy and the true size should infact be 38. Nope, still too big. Cant even secure the last hole in the belt. Rather than sending it back for a third time, i will hunt down a place that makes leather goods and have this custom sized. This will probably cost me several hundred dollars to do but i cant seem to win on this repeated resizeing issue. There really should be an easier way to find your size and should offer inbetween sizes like a 37, which i suspect will fit.

All I can say is wow! I have to admit I was a little on the fence about ordering, but I'm very happy that I chose to go with Historical Emporium. The two tone brown looks amazing and even better after I wiped it down with some ballistol and it dried. It is very well stiched and tooled, all 14 of the cartridge holes are pretty snug and hold my .45lc shells nice. The advice and diagram on how to measure are spot on. I'm a size 32-33" waist in my bluejeans and used a seamstress' tape over my jeans and measured a hair under 41" and went with the 40" rig. The belt fits perfect on the second hole and have four holes to spare incase I want to wear over my hunting coveralls this winter while hunting. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice thick rig and am so glad I didn't spent 300 bucks on the other products I was considering. Overall I'm very satisfied and one look at it from my father has him wanting as well. 5 stars and fast shipping, ty.

I bought this holster wanting a nice leather rig for my SAA revolver. I couldn't decide on which color I liked best, so I went with BOTH...so to speak! If you do not want to measure yourself, order a belt 4-6 inches larger than your pant size. I ordered 6" larger and it fit perfectly with room for me to grow..which I hope I don't do.... The leather is great and you can not beat the price!

I received my order last week, it's a finely crafted piece and well made I do have one complaint, the holster itself has a drop in the upper part of the holster at the hammer side of my revolver that I would think would be on the trigger guard side of the holsters it's almost like a left hand rig on a right hand unit

This holster is really nice, great tooling and fits my new ruger vaquero .45 Lc which hs a 4 5/8 barrel. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the holster angle is different than I prefer, but even then it didn't take much to shape the leather in the angle I like.

Fits me and my Pistol like a glove. Beautiful craftsmanship in all aspects of this product. Friends and Family are already on the site looking for items for themselves as I was quick to show them what I had purchased.

I live in south Texas. I've been seeing western holsters made in Mexico all my life. That's what I was hoping to get from you. Yours is about half the thickness and half the weight if the Mexican Holsters from Nuevo Laredo. Oh well, Live and learn.
